Schedule 1, paragraph 30(1)

Section 93 of this Act (copyright to pass under will with original document or other material thing embodying unpublished work)— does not apply where the testator died before 1st June 1957, and where the testator died on or after that date and before commencement, applies only in relation to an original document embodying a work.
