Schedule 1, paragraph 40(1)

Section 163 of this Act (general provisions as to Crown copyright) applies to an existing work if— section 39 of the 1956 Act applied to the work immediately before commencement, and the work is not one to which section 164, 165 or 166 applies (copyright in Acts, Measures and Bills and Parliamentary copyright: see paragraphs 42 and 43 below).
