Schedule 2, paragraph 9

The rights conferred by this Chapter are not infringed by anything done for the purposes of the proceedings of a Royal Commission or statutory inquiry or for the purpose of reporting any such proceedings held in public. Expressions used in this paragraph have the same meaning as in section 46.
