Paragraphs 10 to 13 (references and applications with respect to licensing by licensing bodies) apply to licences relating to a performer’s property rights which cover the performance of more than one performer granted by a licensing body otherwise than in pursuance of a licensing scheme, so far as the licences authorise— and references in those paragraphs to a licence shall be construed accordingly. copying a recording of the whole or any substantial part of a qualifying performance, . . . making such a recording available to the public in the way mentioned in section 182CA(1), or. renting or lending copies of a recording to the public;
