Schedule 3, paragraph 12(2)

For subsection (1) substitute— Where a design has been registered under this Act, there shall be open to inspection at the Patent Office on and after the day on which the certificate of registration is issued— This subsection has effect subject to the following provisions of this section and to any rules made under section 5(2) of this Act. the representation or specimen of the design, and any evidence filed in support of the applicant’s contention that the appearance of an article is material (for the purposes of section 1(3) of this Act).
