Schedule A1, paragraph 3(1)

The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision— for the appointment of a person (the “licensing code ombudsman”) to investigate and determine disputes about a licensing body's compliance with its code of practice; for the reference of disputes to the licensing code ombudsman;
