Section 107(4)

A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1)(a), (b), (d)(iv) or (e) is liable— on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or a fine, or both; on conviction on indictment to a fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years, or both.
