Section 108(6)

Nothing in this section affects the powers of the court under section 153 of the Sentencing Code , Part II of the Proceeds of Crime (Scotland) Act 1995 or Article 11 of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 1994 (general provisions as to forfeiture in criminal proceedings).
