Section 117

Sections 118 to 123 (references and applications with respect to licensing schemes) apply to licensing schemes which are operated by licensing bodies and cover works of more than one author, so far as they relate to licences for— and references in those sections to a licensing scheme shall be construed accordingly. copying the work, rental or lending of copies of the work to the public, performing, showing or playing the work in public, or communicating the work to the public;
