Section 135E

A person exercising the right conferred by section 135C, or who has given notice to the Copyright Tribunal of his intention to do so, may refer to the Tribunal— any question whether any condition as to the inclusion in a broadcast . . . of sound recordings, notice of which has been given to him by the licensing body in question, is a reasonable condition, or any question whether any information is information which the licensing body can reasonably require him to provide. On a reference under this section, the Tribunal shall consider the matter and make such order as it may determine to be reasonable in the circumstances.
