Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 · United Kingdom
Legal proceedings relating to copyright— shall be brought by or against the House of Commons in the name of “The Speaker of the House of Commons”; and shall be brought by or against the House of Lords in the name of “The Clerk of the Parliaments”.
