Section 199(6)

Nothing in in this section affects the powers of the court under section 153 of the Sentencing Code, Part II of the Proceeds of Crime (Scotland) Act 1995 or Article 11 of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 1994 (general provisions as to forfeiture in criminal proceedings).
