Section 296ZB(4)

A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) or (2) is liable— on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, or both; on conviction on indictment to a fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or both.
