Section 296ZG(7)

In this section— expressions which are defined for the purposes of Part 1 of this Act (copyright) have the same meaning as in that Part; and “ rights management information ” means any information provided by the copyright owner or the holder of any right under copyright which identifies the work, the author, the copyright owner or the holder of any intellectual property rights, or information about the terms and conditions of use of the work, and any numbers or codes that represent such information.
