Section 297A(2)

A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) is liable— on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, or to both; on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years, or to a fine, or to both.
