Section 297C(2)

For the purposes of this section “relevant offence” means— an offence under section 297A(1) (criminal liability for making, importing, etc. unauthorised decoders), an offence under the Trade Descriptions Act 1968, an offence under the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008, an offence under Chapter 1 of Part 4 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, or an offence involving dishonesty or deception.
