Section 304(4)

Her Majesty may by Order in Council direct that the following provisions extend to the Isle of Man, with such exceptions and modifications as may be specified in the Order— Part IV (registered designs), Part V (patent agents), the provisions of Schedule 5 (patents: miscellaneous amendments) not mentioned in subsection (3) above, sections 297 to 299 (fraudulent reception of transmissions), and section 300 (fraudulent application or use of trade mark).
