In this section— “ the 2003 Act ” means the Legal Deposit Libraries Act 2003; “ deposit library ”, “ reader ” and “ relevant material ” have the same meaning as in section 7 of the 2003 Act; “ prescribed ” means prescribed by regulations made by the Secretary of State.
