Schedule 11, Part II, paragraph 6

In this Part of this Schedule— “appointed day” means the date appointed under section 131(3) of this Act; “appropriate new council” shall be construed in accordance with paragraph 7 below; and “new council” means a council established by section 128(1) of this Act.
