Schedule 15, paragraph 22

In section 7(4) of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 (enactments functions under which are assignable to London port health authority), after the paragraph (k) inserted by paragraph 23 of Schedule 6 to the Building Act 1984, there shall be inserted the following paragraphs— Part I of the Environmental Protection Act 1990; Part III of the Environmental Protection Act 1990;
