Schedule 15, paragraph 25

In section 25(3) of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985, after paragraph (a)(ii) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph— in section 14(8), for the words from “and any such power” onwards there shall be substituted the words “ and any such regulations shall be subject to negative resolution within the meaning of section 41(6) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954; and ”
