Schedule 2, Part I, paragraph 17(2)

It shall be the duty of . . . a waste disposal authority, on being requested to do so by a written notice served on it by the Secretary of State, to furnish to the Secretary of State such information of a description prescribed under sub-paragraph (1) above as may be specified in the notice.
