A scheme under paragraph 6 above may define the property, rights and liabilities to be transferred by the scheme— and may make such supplemental, incidental and consequential provision as the authority making the scheme considers appropriate. by specifying the property, rights and liabilities in question; or by referring to all the property, rights and liabilities comprised in any specified part of the undertaking or undertakings to be transferred; or partly in the one way and partly in the other;
