Schedule 2AA, paragraph 2(2)

In sub-paragraph (1)(a) above— a “recycling service” means arrangements for the collection of recyclable domestic waste from premises separately from other waste; and a “good” recycling service means a recycling service that meets the standards specified for the purposes of this definition in guidance issued by the Secretary of State.
