Schedule 2AA, paragraph 4(2)

The scheme may, in particular, make provision for occupiers of premises— and for a charge to be made by the authority in respect of the receptacles, the means of identifying them or both. to be required (by notice under section 46) to place residual domestic waste for collection in receptacles of a specified kind, to be required (by such notice) to place such waste in receptacles that are identified by such means as may be specified, or to be required to do both,
