Schedule 3A, paragraph 2(7)

A notice under sub-paragraph (6) above must specify the date on which the order is to come into force, being a date not earlier than— the end of the period of 14 days beginning with the day on which the notice is given; and the date referred to in sub-paragraph (5)(b) above.
