Schedule 3A, paragraph 6(4)

Any printed matter seized under this paragraph (and not released under sub-paragraph (3) above) must be returned to the person from whom it is seized— at the conclusion of proceedings for the offence (unless the court orders otherwise); at the end of the period in which proceedings for the offence may be instituted, if no such proceedings have been instituted in that period (or have been instituted but discontinued).
