Schedule 4, paragraph 3(1)

Subject to the following sub-paragraphs, the local authority, as respects any shopping or luggage trolley it has seized and removed,— shall keep the trolley for a period of six weeks; and may sell or otherwise dispose of the trolley at any time after the end of that period.
