Schedule 5, Part I, paragraph 10(3)

No appeal shall lie— under subsection (1) above in relation to authorisations which are subject to subsection (1) of section eight of this Act; under subsection (1) or (2) above in respect of any decision taken by the chief inspector in pursuance of a direction of the Secretary of State under section 12A or 12B of this Act.
