Schedule 5, Part I, paragraph 14(5)

After subsection (4), there shall be inserted the following subsection— Any person who fails to comply with a requirement imposed on him under section 8A of this Act shall be guilty of an offence, and shall be liable— on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or both; on conviction on indictment, to a fine, or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or both.
