Schedule 5, Part I, paragraph 14(7)

In subsection (5), in the words after paragraph (b), for the words after “offence” there shall be substituted the words and shall be liable— on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; on conviction on indictment, to a fine.
