Schedule 5, Part I, paragraph 1(5)

In subsections (6) and (8) for the words “Minister or Ministers concerned”, and in subsection (7) for the words “Minister or Ministers”, there shall be substituted the words “chief inspector or, as the case may be, the chief inspector and the Minister”.
