Schedule 5, Part I, paragraph 4

In section 1(2) (applications for registration of users of radioactive material) after the words “shall be” there shall be inserted the words “accompanied by the prescribed fee and”. In section 8 (authorisation for disposal and accumulation of radioactive waste), after subsection (3) there shall be inserted the following subsection— Any application for an authorisation shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
