Schedule 5, Part II, paragraph 19(1)

In Schedule 1 to the 1960 Act (enactments, other than local enactments, to which section 9(1) applies)— paragraphs 9 and 11 shall be omitted; after paragraph 17 there shall be added the following paragraphs— Section 201 of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973. Section 124 of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982.
