The provisions referred to in subsection (1) above are— section 106(1) and (4) to (6); section 107(2), (3), (6), (9) and (11); section 111(6); section 112(1) and (5); section 119(1); section 123(7); section 127(2) in so far as it relates to the territorial sea.
