Section 23(2)

A person guilty of an offence under paragraph (a), (c) or (l) of subsection (1) above shall be liable: on summary conviction, to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or to both; on conviction on indictment, to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or to both.
