Section 34(6)

Any person who fails to comply with the duty imposed by subsection (1) , (1A) or (2A) above or with any requirement imposed under subsection (5) above shall be liable— on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; and on conviction on indictment, to a fine.
