Section 45AZF(1)

This section applies where the Environment Agency considers that a person other than an English waste collection authority— is a party to arrangements for the collection of household waste which fail to comply with section 45AZA, is a party to arrangements for the collection of relevant waste which fail to comply with section 45AZB, or is failing to comply with section 45AZA(8) or 45AZB(8).
