Section 46(8)

The period allowed to the occupier of premises for appealing against such a requirement is the period of twenty-one days beginning— in a case where a period was specified under subsection (3)(c) above, with the end of that period; and where no period was specified, with the day on which the notice making the requirement was served on him.
