Section 46ZE

The Scottish Ministers must issue guidance on the operation of sections 46ZA to 46ZD. In preparing guidance under subsection (1), the Scottish Ministers must consult waste collection authorities. A waste collection authority, and an authorised officer of a waste collection authority, must have regard to any guidance issued under subsection (1).
