Schedule 15, paragraph 11(2)

Notice of appeal under this paragraph, specifying the grounds of appeal, must be given within the required period— to the court to which the appeal is made; to the appropriate agency; and if the appeal relates to land not in the occupation of the appellant, to the occupier of the land.
