Schedule 15, paragraph 13(4)

In this paragraph— “relevant authority” means the council of any district or London borough or Welsh county or county boroughor any internal drainage board; and “relevant land”, in relation to an agreement with any relevant authority, means— where the relevant authority is a district or London borough or Welsh county or county boroughcouncil, the chargeable land within the council’s area; and where the relevant authority is an internal drainage board, such land as may be specified in the agreement.
