Schedule 16, paragraph 10(1)

In this Schedule— “special charges scheme” means a scheme under section 137 of this Act; and “unconfirmed order” means an order confirming a special charges scheme, other than one which is itself confirmed under section 6 of the Statutory Orders (Special Procedure) Act 1945.
