Schedule 19, paragraph 6(6)

Where an order such as is mentioned in sub-paragraph (2) above is subject to special parliamentary procedure, sub-paragraphs (2) to (4) of this paragraph— shall not apply to the order if it is confirmed by Act of Parliament under section 4 or 6 of the Statutory Orders (Special Procedure) Act 1945; and in any other case, shall have effect as if the reference in sub-paragraph (2) of this paragraph to the date on which notice of the making of the order is first published in accordance with paragraph 5 above were a reference to the date on which the order becomes operative under the said Act of 1945.
