Schedule 19, paragraph 8(6)

Any question of disputed compensation under this paragraph, shall be referred to and determined by the Upper Tribunal; and in relation to the determination of any such compensation the provisions of section 4 of the Land Compensation Act 1961 shall apply, subject to any necessary modifications.
