Schedule 1, paragraph 11

In this Schedule— “the appropriate Minister”, in relation to any person who is or has been a member, means the Minister or the Secretary of State, according to whether that person was appointed as a member by the Minister or the Secretary of State; and “member” means any member of the Authority, including the chairman and the deputy chairman.
