Schedule 1, paragraph 5

Subject to section 106 of this Act, anything authorised or required by or under any enactment to be done by the Authority may be done— by any member, officer or employee of the Authority who has been authorised for the purpose, whether generally or specially, by the Authority; or by any committee or sub-committee of the Authority which has been so authorised.
