Schedule 20, paragraph 7

A person who intentionally obstructs another person acting in the exercise of any power to which this Schedule applies shall be guilty of an offence and liable— on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; on conviction on indictment, to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or to both.
