Schedule 25, paragraph 5(4)

Notwithstanding anything in this Act, no byelaw made by the appropriate agency under this paragraph shall conflict with or interfere with the operation of— any byelaw made by a navigation authority, harbour authority or conservancy authority; any byelaw made under section 129 , 129A, 129B or 132(1) or (1A) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 (byelaws for marine conservation in England); any order made under section 134 , 134A, 134B or 136(1) or (1A) of that Act (orders for marine conservation in Wales).
