Schedule 25, paragraph 6(1)

The appropriate agency shall have power, in relation to the whole or any part or parts of the area in relation to which it carries out its functions relating to fisheries under Part V of this Act, to make byelaws generally for the purposes of— the better execution of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 1975; and the better protection, preservation and improvement of any fisheries of fish to which this paragraph applies.
